Job Requirements

Holding valid TABC certificate
Holding valid Food Handlers certificate
Experience in barback role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical stamina for standing and moving for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Positive and energetic attitude

Job Duties

Providing an amazing experience to our guests from introduction to departure
Guiding guests through menu selections while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients
Taking accurate orders and partnering with runners to serve food and beverages that exceed guests' expectations
Providing energetic and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of, guaranteeing future visits
Anticipating guests' needs by refilling waters and pre-bussing tables throughout the venue
Assisting with opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar area maintains a level of cleanliness and organization
Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor adjustments, and/or changing out kegs
