Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age as required by Florida law for positions involving alcoholic beverages
- physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- team-oriented with a positive attitude

- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Stock and replenish bar inventory before, during, and after service
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area including counters, shelves, coolers, sinks, and floor
- assist bartenders with preparation of batches, garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar essentials
- change kegs, replace CO2 tanks, and ensure proper operation of bar equipment
- collect, wash, and restock drinkware throughout service
- remove trash, recyclables, and empty bottles promptly
- assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of bar supplies
- comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- provide support during busy periods by anticipating bartender needs
- occasionally assist in light customer service
- maintain compliance with Florida's responsible beverage service laws and regulations
