Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid Food Handler Card
- Valid documentation to work legally in the U.S.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Previous experience working as a server in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in the English language both written and verbal
- The ability to maintain and follow processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with the desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership of your role
- Possess a valid Food Handler Card
- Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of SUSHI SAMBA food and beverage options
- Provide a warm and attentive service for guests, checking that their needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Take orders and serve food and beverage items to guests in accordance with SUSHI SAMBA standards
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanour at all times
- Check customers' personal identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for the consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Attend mandatory pre shift meetings
