Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a barback or similar role preferred
Knowledge of bar and alcohol service
Certification in food handling and alcohol service
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift
Stock bar before, during, and after shift
Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift
Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs
Adheres to all RHG brand policies and procedures
Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience
Perform other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor
