Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
reliable and punctual
willingness to learn and take direction
positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a barback or similar role preferred
strong communication and teamwork skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation
excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties

support bartenders during service
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
restock bar supplies and inventory
assist with glassware washing and preparation
ensure timely and efficient service to guests
help set up and break down the bar before and after shifts
communicate effectively with team members to enhance service quality
