Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- six months to one year previous serving experience preferred
- prior hospitality experience preferred
- must obtain any required government licenses or certificates such as health card permit or liquor service permit
- ability to stand, bend, stoop and lift weights up to 75 lbs
- must maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- ability to perform physical tasks including frequent walking and standing
- willingness to attend mandatory meetings
- ability to comply with safety and health standards
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge in preparation and service of alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom
- visually check stock received against requisition
- re-check items with bartender
- verify orders with manager
- cut, slice and peel garnishes and fruits
- mix and pour juices
- store back-up supplies properly
- assist bartender in maintaining supplies
- maintain cleanliness of bar and storage areas
- scoop and transport ice
- replenish ice containers
- transport taps
- perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
