Job Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment management in bar service a plus
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proactive in problem solving
- Flexible with varying schedules to reflect the business needs
- Some knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service preferred
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull stock, chairs, tables up to 40lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Set up the bar with product and supplies for service to our guests, presenting a friendly, pleasant and courteous demeanor at all times
- Preparation of cocktail ingredient (fresh citrus juices and syrups)
- Keg management
- Stock and maintain cleanliness of bar area, glasses and utensils
- Glassware and supply management
- Labeling, cleanliness, organization at bar and storage areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages
- Perform other duties as assigned
