Job Requirements
- Minimal hearing ability
- Good vision
- Ability to see items and area to stock, clean and use proper supplies
- Good speech skills
- Good literacy and comprehension to identify proper stock items and record usage
- Ability to repeatedly bend, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs including liquor cases and glassware
- Ability to mop and sweep
- Ability to bend and kneel to clean and stock bar areas
- Continuous standing for prolonged periods
- Physical stamina for strenuous tasks throughout entire shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning and stocking preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good vision and hearing
- Basic literacy and comprehension skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Keep all bar and lounge equipment and supplies at proper levels throughout operation
- Ensure all bar areas are set up properly for lounge opening
- Maintain bar and lounge areas in a neat and orderly condition at all times
- Assist bartenders with checking bar supplies and cleanliness
- Replenish ice as needed
- Ensure bartenders have sufficient supplies throughout shift
- Assist bartenders and cocktail servers as required
- Operate glasswashers and manage clean glassware placement
- Sweep and mop behind the bar at the end of every shift and clean matting
