Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing tasks including organizing provisions and equipment
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors at the end of shift
- verify with supervisor before leaving
- organize and stock work areas
- replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of workspace, bar, furniture, tables, and tools according to guidelines
- comply with all safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect assets
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- contribute to team goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for long periods or entire shifts
- read and visually verify information
- grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist waist, drag and stoop
- move on inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
