Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
  • Clean all equipment and areas
  • Lock doors at the end of shift after confirming with captain or supervisor
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, tables, and tools following set-up guidelines
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe work conditions
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering over various surfaces
  • Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
