Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and areas
- Lock doors at the end of shift after confirming with captain or supervisor
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, tables, and tools following set-up guidelines
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe work conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering over various surfaces
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
