Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age minimum
experience in barback position or bar/restaurant environment preferred
alcohol awareness training preferred
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work varied hours/days including weekends and holidays
ability to stand continuously during entire shift
ability to walk, sit, stoop, bend, and reach with hands and arms frequently
occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds
strong verbal communication skills
excellent organizational and prioritization skills
time management skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Maintain bar inventory
transfer inventory from storage to bar area
clear and reset tables/bar areas
ensure cleanliness and organization of bar/storage area/bathrooms
assist bartenders with customer service needs
perform opening/closing responsibilities
practice safe handling and cleanliness standards at all times
actively participate in the company social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal accounts
perform other work-related duties as assigned
