Job Requirements

previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred but not required
valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
ability to work at a fast pace
ability to understand oral and written instructions
ability to complete monetary transactions accurately
knowledge of company policies and procedures
ability to apply common sense
ability to complete routine tasks to standards
ability to complete assigned tasks satisfactorily

Job Duties

maintain high knowledge of company products and events
communicate effectively with guests
maintain cleanliness of bar, counters, glassware, and utensils
stock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, juices, glassware, utensils, cocktail napkins, garnishes, condiments
document inventory use, spills, and waste
stock refrigerating units and change empty beer kegs
monitor cooler temperatures and report deficiencies
maintain adequate ice supply
empty and clean trash cans regularly
clean and stock supply room
notify manager of low inventory and recommend new stock
assist bartenders with cleaning and breakdown of bars at shift end
complete opening, running, and closing duties
assist in training new employees
follow proper lifting and carrying techniques
perform additional duties as assigned
