Job Requirements
- must be able to multi-task

- ability to maintain a clean environment in a busy setting
- ability to lift 50 lbs plus
- ability to follow the cooler plan and stock bottles correctly
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- knowledge of classic cocktail ingredients and preparation
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong multitasking skills
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- basic food handling skills
- ability to follow detailed cleaning and stocking procedures
- commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and service
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness behind the bar and on the floor
- collect and wash glassware
- stock beer and bottles correctly following the cooler plan
- empty trash
- maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms throughout the night
- make food plates including meats and cheese platters
- develop product knowledge to assist guests if needed
- keep bar top clean by clearing empty glasses, removing tattered coasters, and clearing menus
- cut and restock garnishes throughout the night
- check coolers at the end of the night to ensure proper stocking
- wipe down and mop the entire bar at the end of the night
