Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service or restaurant experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience or restaurant experience a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively
- Strong physical stamina to manage standing, lifting and movement demands
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and health standards
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and sustainability practices
Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge guests when performing barback related functions
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify stock against requisitions
- Re-check items with bartender for completeness upon delivery
- Cut, slice and peel perishable garnishes and fruits
- Mix and pour juices in sufficient amounts according to projected business
- Store back-up supplies needing refrigeration properly
- Check and assist bartender in maintaining adequate supplies such as stir sticks, napkins and matches
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas complying with health codes
- Scoop ice from ice bins and replenish ice containers
- Box and save empty liquor bottles for later returns and requisitions
- Transport and replace taps performing routine maintenance on beer kegs
- Follow sustainability guidelines in line with HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
