Job Requirements

- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- must adhere to company safety policies
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- fulfill opening and closing duties including organizing supplies and cleaning equipment
- check with captain or supervisor before leaving at end of shift
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- keep work areas, bar furniture, tables, and equipment clean and in good condition according to guidelines
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company property
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team in achieving shared goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire shifts
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- grab, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist torso, drag, and stoop
- move on inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
- ascend and descend stairs and/or service ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with others
- answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
- perform other reasonable job tasks as requested by supervisors
