Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a busser preferred
Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to communicate in English
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Replenish bar supplies including liquor mixers ice glassware and garnishes
Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks by fetching and organizing ingredients and tools
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area clearing empty glasses and cleaning spills promptly
Change kegs tap beer and restock bottled beverages during busy periods
Provide support to bartenders in handling customer orders ensuring prompt service and positive customer experience
