Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- high school diploma or GED
- valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the state
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- good sense of balance and physical stamina
- ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
- ability to stand and move steadily for up to four hours
- effective communication skills
- prior restaurant hospitality experience

Job Duties
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service hours
- prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs and restock napkins and straws
- coordinate with managers, kitchen staff and security personnel to ensure efficient service to customers
- observe bar guests to ensure satisfaction with food, beverages, and service and respond promptly to needs or requests
- adhere to and comply with all state and local liquor laws and company policies regarding alcoholic beverages service
- keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
- practice teamwork by assisting fellow employees to enhance guests' experience
- maintain records and report inventory levels to assist reordering and proper storage of delivered items
