Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English
  • Ability to stand and walk during 8-to-10-hour shifts
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations during busy periods
  • Must adhere to all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English to communicate with bartender and managers
  • Work efficiently as part of a team
  • Adherence to all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations for serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Job Duties

  • Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis
  • Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
  • Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items
  • Keeps bar neat and clean
  • Assists security with disorderly guests as required
  • Removes the garbage at the end of the shift
  • Performs all other projects as assigned by management
