Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
- Ability to stand and walk during 8-to-10-hour shifts
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations during busy periods
- Must adhere to all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
- Ability to read, speak and understand English to communicate with bartender and managers
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Adherence to all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations for serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
Job Duties
- Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis
- Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
- Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items
- Keeps bar neat and clean
- Assists security with disorderly guests as required
- Removes the garbage at the end of the shift
- Performs all other projects as assigned by management
