Job Duties
- Move inventory to the concession area to stock
- prepare food items for sale
- support the staff in concession areas to ensure they have enough product to sell
- maintain a clean concession area before and after the show
- document wasted product as needed
- prepare trash for maintenance and support waste management
- other duties as assigned
