Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Able certification
Basic math skills
Ability to obtain a Wyoming Gaming Commission work permit
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
Employee must be physically able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
Employee must be regularly able to stand, walk, and use hands
Ability to comprehend and follow Wyoming liquor laws

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Knowledgeable and familiar with all menu items, drink preparations, ingredients, and garnishes
Customer service skills
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions
Basic math skills specific to position responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
Ability to obtain a Wyoming Gaming Commission work permit

Job Duties

Check with and assist bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies for workstation
Rotate stock as necessary, wash and stock glassware, maintain stock of fruit, fill and replace as needed
Fill ice bins, empty garbage, replace trash liners, wipe and pick up surfaces as needed, check kegs, replace dirty bar mats, sweep floors, clean screens in glass washer, wipe bottles, clean spouts, clean beer drains, gun drains, counter drains, and ice bins
Cut, slice, and peel perishable garnishes and fruits
Scoop ice from bins, transport to service areas and replenish ice containers
Box and save empty liquor bottles for later return
Transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance on heavy beer kegs
Check station before, after, and during shift to insure proper setup and cleanliness
Comply with all Wyoming liquor laws
Perform other duties as assigned
