Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
must be able to speak English to co-workers and guests
ability to speak Spanish is preferable
must have valid Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of hire
must have valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire
ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly
strong organizational skills
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Set up bar station with all necessary items including water, ice, silverware, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, wiping towels, coffee, iced tea, lemonade, fruits, and beverage ingredients
help clear soiled dishes, glassware, silver, and bread plates from tables
reset bar seating areas by wiping, cleaning, and preparing tables for next guests
assist in closing duties including cleaning storage and bar areas and putting away supplies
interact graciously with guests waiting for tables providing timely feedback
maintain high safety standards and follow company policies
