Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred but not required
  • valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • ability to work at a fast pace
  • ability to complete routine duties efficiently and consistently
  • ability to understand oral and written instructions including product labels
  • ability to demonstrate customer service techniques and equipment use
  • knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • ability to apply common sense towards policy and guest interactions
  • ability to complete assigned tasks satisfactorily

Job Duties

  • Maintain high knowledge regarding company products and events
  • effectively communicate product knowledge to guests
  • maintain cleanliness of bar, counters, glassware and utensils
  • stock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, juices, mixes, glassware, utensils, cocktail napkins, garnishes and condiments
  • assist bartenders in restocking and maintaining par levels
  • document inventory use, spills and waste
  • stock refrigerating units and change empty beer kegs
  • monitor cooler temperatures and report deficiencies
  • maintain adequate ice supply
  • empty and clean trash cans regularly
  • clean and stock supply room
  • notify manager of low inventory and assist with bar cleaning and breakdown
  • complete opening, running and closing duties
  • assist in training new employees
  • follow proper lifting techniques and use equipment as necessary
  • perform other duties as assigned for organizational effectiveness
