Job Requirements

  • No prior related work experience required

  • Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and navigating various surfaces

Job Duties

  • Perform opening and closing tasks including organizing supplies and equipment, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors
  • Confirm with captain or supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift
  • Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Supply ice, glassware, and paper provisions
  • Remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • Keep work areas, bar furniture, tables, and tools clean and in good condition according to established guidelines
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • Uphold a neat and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and protect its assets
  • Support coworkers with dignity and respect and assist the team in achieving common goals
  • Meet quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
  • Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire shifts
  • Read and visually verify information in various formats
  • Reach above the head and below the knees, bend, twist the waist, drag, and stoop
  • Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards
  • Communicate using clear and professional language and answer phone calls with proper etiquette
  • Perform other reasonable job tasks requested by supervisors
