Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good physical stamina for lifting and moving supplies
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- customer service oriented
- basic knowledge of bar operations
Job Duties
- assist bartenders with stocking and organizing bar supplies
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and surrounding areas
- transport supplies and kegs as needed
- monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
- ensure bar setup is efficient and ready for service
- assist with cleaning glassware and bar equipment
- provide courteous support to bartenders and other staff
