Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- must have one year of food and beverage experience
- must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers
- must have good communication skills
- must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- must have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day swing graveyard and holidays
- all applicants must obtain a Class III A license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
- pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions
- use of marijuana will not disqualify unless driving company vehicle
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year of food and beverage experience
- ability to work well with guests and co-workers
- good communication skills
- additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements
Job Duties
- assist bartender in performing barback duties
- provide superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor
- provide relief assistance to bar staff when needed
- stock beer wine liquor mixers ice and dry goods
- assist in keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times
- perform additional job duties as assigned by the department manager
