Job Requirements
- Able to read, understand and speak English
- able to communicate clearly and concisely
- able to stand for an eight-hour shift
- able to lift 50 lbs
- able to reach above head and bend to put items on the floor or low shelves
- able to climb stairs and ladders
- able to repetitively lift glass racks, bus buckets and other items
- able to work as part of a team for the benefit of the guest
- able to work at a consistently fast pace in a loud environment
Job Qualifications

- follows all company policies as outlined in company handbook
- completes barback expectations as defined in the training manual at 100 percent
Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual
- carries out all tasks necessary to prepare the restaurant for service prior to pre-shift
- maintains shift par levels on all bottles, beer, mixers, juices and fruit garnishes
- keeps all service wells stocked with ice
- maintains cleanliness of work area behind and adjacent to bar
- completes daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis
- assists other staff members as necessary
