Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- must have high school diploma
- reliable transportation and live within 10 miles of store
- availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- flexibility required
- ability to work on feet for extended periods
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- strong customer service and people skills required
- detail oriented
- experience as barista or juice bar a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- guest service experience preferred
- barista or juice bar experience preferred
- cashiering experience preferred
- proficient in English
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Serve quality products following Juice It Up! standards
- maintain cleanliness of equipment, POS, windows, floors, shelving, counters, tables, chairs, outside areas, and restrooms
- ensure cups, spoons, napkins, merchandise, and snacks are stocked
- adhere to health and safety standards
- greet customers warmly and offer samples
- provide product knowledge and answer questions
- master POS operations including cash handling, order accuracy, coupon and loyalty card processing, and cash drawer balancing
