Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- Some prior bar back experience preferred
- Ability to maintain County Health District, Gaming, and Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Black non-slip shoes required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful, and confined conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- Some prior bar back experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to maintain composure under stress
Job Duties
- Assist with maintenance of all bar equipment
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar side work and projects
- Perform duties in small, demanding work areas under pressure
- Ensure cleanliness and order of bar and storage areas
- Use communication devices including telephones and radios
- Interact with guests to maintain excellent guest relations
- Assist with inventory control, stocking and product rotation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of storage
- Assist in delivering orders and running food
- Manage flow of finished product from kitchen to guests
- Inspect premises for quality and sanitation standards
- Maintain awareness of applicable laws and operate within guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
