Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience preferred
- able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming or racing license
- demonstrate effective communication skills
- ability to perform under stressful and physically demanding conditions
- capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
- willingness to work in a smoking environment and handle high-pressure situations
- available to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- maintain confidentiality and security of information
- ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- demonstrated interpersonal skills
- multitasking abilities with minimal supervision
- knowledge of inventory management and product rotation
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to handle cash accurately
- eligibility to obtain and maintain Kentucky gaming or racing license
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar outlets
- stock and rotate products on a first-in, first-out basis
- assist in setup and breakdown of functions
- interact and communicate effectively with guests to maintain great relations
- ensure proper inventory control including checking product dates and labeling
- deliver requisitions timely
- maintain equipment standards and report malfunctions
- follow departmental safety and sanitation guidelines
- perform routine inventory checks
- provide timely bar and alcohol service while maintaining alcohol awareness procedures
