Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to work in outdoor settings
- Enthusiasm for delivering excellent guest service
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a barback or hospitality role is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of bartending and beverage preparation
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking and replenishing bar supplies
- Clean and maintain bar areas, including glassware and utensils
- Provide prompt and friendly service to guests
- Support the creation and delivery of beverages
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests
- Engage with customers to enhance their overall experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations
