- Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred
- Must have strong interest in becoming a bartender
- Ability to work long hours on feet

Job Duties
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before, during and at the end of service hours
- Constantly keep up with clean glassware and polishing
- Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs and restock napkins and straws
- Make syrups and batches by method of cooking and vacuum sealing
- Record pars and consistently keep up with spreadsheets
- Clean up spills, remove glassware and organize the counter
- Greet and refill water for guests and reset mise en place
- Keep the bar area neat and clean
- Handle emergency situations like cleaning up broken glasses and clearing clogged drains
- Occasionally pour beer or wine for guests when asked by a manager
- Order produce, garnishes, non-alcoholic beverages, purees, and syrups according to pars without over or under ordering
- Be available to work 8 or more hours on your feet with occasional heavy lifting and constant side work
