Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hour shifts
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- adherence to all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- ability to communicate effectively in English

- basic knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
- ability to read, speak, and understand English
- experience working efficiently as a team
- ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
Job Duties
- Maintains proper and adequate setup of the bar daily
- stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments and produce
- maintains stock, cuts, and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and perishables daily
- locks up and stores all beverages, food and equipment
- keeps bar neat and clean
- assists security with disorderly guests when necessary
- removes garbage at the end of the shift
- completes all other projects as assigned by management
