- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering on uneven surfaces

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and areas
- Lock doors at end of shift after confirming with captain or supervisor
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools following set-up guidelines
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and assist individuals with disabilities
- Speak with others using clear and professional language
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships to support team goals
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors
