Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous related experience required
- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and equipment
- Clean all equipment and work areas
- Lock doors at the end of shifts
- Check out with the captain or supervisor before leaving
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove dirty items from the bar surface and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar areas, furniture, tables, and tools as per established guidelines
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Complete safety trainings and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Protect company property and confidentiality
- Support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- Assist the team to achieve common goals
- Meet quality assurance standards
- Handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Read and verify information in various formats
- Use fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- Move, bend, twist, climb stairs and ramps
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Speak clearly and professionally
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette
- Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
