Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must have valid food handler's card
- Must have valid TABC certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Meets legal minimum age to serve alcohol
- Knowledge of bar menu items and basic drink preparation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist with opening and closing duties including restocking garnishes, towels, and glassware
- Maintain inventory of ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing kegs
- Keep the bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash
- Memorize cocktail recipes and menu items
- Support bartenders with taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing tables, and processing payments
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and handle complaints
- Monitor stock usage and assist in reordering
