Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in barback or similar role
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical capability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of experience as a busser, bar back, or in a similar role within a bar or restaurant setting
- strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality service
- effective time-management abilities
- ability to work comfortably in a standing position for extended periods
- flexibility to reach, bend, stoop, and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds
- stamina to work extended hours when required
Job Duties
- keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and other products needed throughout the shift
- assist bartenders with restocking supplies during peak hours
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- collect and wash glassware as needed
- monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management
- support the team during busy periods by assisting with various tasks
- adhere to health and safety regulations consistently
