Job Requirements
- Must hold a Food Handler's card from an ANSI-accredited program and an Alcohol Serving certificate from an ABC-accredited program
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk and stand for a 6-8 hour shift
- Professional, reliable, friendly, and punctual
- Must be able to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate our guests
- Adapt to accommodate the changing needs of the restaurant and guests
- Maintain a high-level of professionalism and community
- Ensure there is always enough backup liquor
- Retrieve alcohol from the storage area if the bartender runs out
- Change kegs when necessary
- Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar
- Wipe down tables and bar tops
- Re-stock garnishes, mixes, glasses, and ice
- Respect guests’ right of way
- Support the bartenders to ensure that guests are attended to
- Other tasks as assigned
