Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Physical capacity to lift up to 60 pounds
- Basic knowledge of guest service principles
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively in predominant guest languages
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
- Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 60 pounds
- Working knowledge of predominant languages of guests
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain great mood and energy
- Previous experience in fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
Job Duties
- Work in a high-volume, team oriented, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on guest experience
- Maintain bars stocked and supplies at par levels
- Keep all glassware clean and spotless
- Replenish items as appropriate
- Follow daily checklists
- Keep bar tops dry and clean
- Retrieve and return bus pans clean
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and inform bartender
- Anticipate bartenders' needs and assist sweepers and waitresses
- Maintain walk-in coolers neat and organized
- Thank guests as they leave
- Hose down, clean, and dry bar mats nightly
- Remove trash and replace liners behind bars and waitress stations
- Clean and break down station at end of night
- Participate in outside promotions and assist sales staff
