- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs including full kegs
- Strong communication skills

- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and ability to lift 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Maintain constant supply levels for the bartender including replenishing ice clean glassware garnishes and backup liquor beer stock in a timely and organized manner
- Manage the beer inventory including the changing of kegs efficiently and ensuring the pour-my-beer tap system remains operational
- Serve as a critical link between the kitchen and guests by running food quickly and accurately to the correct tables ensuring plate presentation is maintained
- Support the service team by clearing and resetting bar and patio tables ensuring glassware and debris are removed promptly to maximize guest turnover
- Assist the bartender in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the open-air bar including wiping surfaces mopping up spills and restocking service stations
