Job Requirements
- Restaurant experience, especially in high-volume settings, is desirable
- previous related experience preferred
- ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards
- ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- must be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 25 lbs
- ability to stand for prolonged periods and climb steps regularly
- ability to maneuver through work areas including bending, lifting, carrying, reaching above shoulder height frequently
- flexibility to work varied schedules including holidays

Job Duties
- Support the bartenders in controlling bar operations including outdoor area
- deliver high-quality food and beverage dining experience to guests
- maintain bar and dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude
- report low stock levels and damaged equipment to management
- ensure the bar is neatly organized, fully stocked, and perishables are fresh
- prepare the bar for service and maintain par levels during service
- actively participate during lineup and maintain consistent communication with staff and management
- demonstrate ability to aid co-workers while maintaining responsibilities
- maintain a welcoming and orderly restaurant environment
- demonstrate knowledge of Department of Health standards
- ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas before, during, and after service
- complete assigned side work as directed by management
- follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- consistently report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work in proper uniform
- operate ethically to protect company assets and image
