Job Requirements
- Authorized to legally work in the US
- available to work various shift times and days including weekends and holidays
- able to stand and or walk for long periods of time
- ability to lift over 50 pounds
- current food handlers and alcohol certification
- minimum of 2 years' experience preferably in high-volume environment

- strong knowledge of cocktails and menu offerings
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- ability to multitask and anticipate bartenders' needs
- ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Build a rapport with guests and assist with communication requests
- assist in maintaining guest eye view behind the bar
- support the bar team by ensuring quick and efficient service
- utilize strong knowledge of cocktails and menu offerings
- restock and prepare garnishes
- maintain a smooth workflow to meet guest needs
- communicate effectively with team and guests
- manage stock effectively with accurate counts and proper storage
- adhere to cleaning and delivery procedures
- report for scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire
- efficiently change kegs and restock products
- complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned
- foster a collaborative work environment and train new barbacks
- maintain a positive attitude during service
