- Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 60 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)

Job Duties
- Stock and maintain bars with all supplies, par levels kept
- Keep all glassware perfectly clean with no water, spots, lipstick or other dirt
- Replenish items as appropriate
- Follow daily checklists
- Keep bar tops dry and clean
- Retrieve bus pans from behind bars and return clean
- Respond appropriately to guests' requests and inform the correct bartender to help
- Anticipate bartenders' needs
- assist sweepers and waitresses when needed
- Keep walk-in coolers neat and organized
- Thank guests as they are leaving
- Hose down, clean, and dry bar mats nightly
- Remove trash from behind bars and waitress stations and replace with new liners
- Clean and break down station completely at end of night
- Spend at least 2 hours a week doing outside promotions and assisting sales staff when needed
