Job Requirements
- Ability to pass exams with 90 percent or better in food and beverage and all issued training testing throughout employment
- Must adhere to proper health and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate bartender needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in barback or similar hospitality role is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparations and bar operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and hygiene standards
- Maintain proper par levels if necessary make fresh syrups and house-made mixes
- Efficiently change kegs cut fruit and restock depleted product quickly
- Ensure glassware is cleaned trash is emptied and pre bussing is maintained
- Assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
- Complete opening closing and running duties as assigned each shift
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food beverage and company procedures to standard
