Job Requirements
- Ability to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in food and beverage
- Ability to pass all issued training testing throughout employment
- Ability to work part time or full time
- Must adhere to proper health and hygiene standards
- Ability to work punctually for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to follow company rules and procedures during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a barback or similar hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge of bar operations and product handling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food and beverage safety standards
- Willingness to learn and attend training sessions
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Report for all scheduled shifts punctually and in proper attire and hygiene standards
- Maintain proper par levels, make fresh syrups and house made mixes
- Efficiently change kegs, cut fruit, and restock depleted product quickly
- Ensure glassware is cleaned, trash is emptied, and pre bussing is maintained
- Assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
- Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and company procedures to standard
