Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must successfully complete the TIPS training class
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
Job Qualifications
- Previous barback or bartending experience preferred-casino or high-volume environment a plus
- Ability to work overnight (graveyard) shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must meet age requirements for working in a licensed alcohol-service environment
- Ability to lift, push, and carry supplies up to required company standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organized in a fast-moving environment
- Commitment to upholding all casino, state, and gaming regulatory policies
Job Duties
- Ensure all bars are fully stocked with beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice, and other supplies in a timely and consistent manner
- Respond promptly to bartender and supervisor requests for additional products, equipment, or replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free bar areas in compliance with casino, health, and safety regulations
- Follow all company policies, including responsible alcohol service practices and gaming-industry compliance standards
- Assist with inventory rotation, product organization, and proper storage procedures
- Support bartenders to ensure efficient service and a smooth guest experience during high-volume periods
- Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, late-night environment
