Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a barback or bartender preferred
- Ability to work overnight graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in a licensed environment
- Physical ability to lift, push, and carry heavy supplies
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of casino and gaming regulatory policies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous barback or bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight (graveyard) shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must meet age requirements for working in a licensed alcohol-service environment
- Ability to lift, push, and carry supplies up to required company standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organized in a fast-moving environment
- Commitment to upholding all casino, state, and gaming regulatory policies
Job Duties
- Ensure all bars are fully stocked with beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice, and other supplies in a timely and consistent manner
- Respond promptly to bartender and supervisor requests for additional products, equipment, or replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free bar areas in compliance with casino, health, and safety regulations
- Follow all company policies, including responsible alcohol service practices and gaming-industry compliance standards
- Assist with inventory rotation, product organization, and proper storage procedures
- Support bartenders to ensure efficient service and a smooth guest experience during high-volume periods
- Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, late-night environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills
- Accept and respond to performance feedback professionally
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Beverage leadership
