Job Requirements
- A valid CA Certified Food Handlers card and valid Responsible Beverage Service Training is required
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant is preferred
- Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
- Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
- Ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables, cleaning glassware and utensils
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Perform other tasks as assigned
