Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand and move on feet for extended periods
- able to lift heavy kegs and stock items
- available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must pass required health and hygiene standards
- basic math skills
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- basic knowledge of food and beverage operations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- ability to pass company training exams with a score of 90 percent or higher
Job Duties
- Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and to proper health and hygiene standards
- maintain proper par levels if necessary, make fresh syrups and house made mixes
- efficiently change kegs, cut fruit, and restock depleted product quickly
- ensure glassware is cleaned, trash is emptied, and pre bussing is maintained
- assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
- complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
- learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and company procedures to standard
