Job Requirements

  • Ability to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in food and beverage and all issued training testing throughout employment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must adhere to company dress code and hygiene standards
  • Physical stamina to stand and move actively during shifts
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to work under supervision and take direction

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a barback or similar hospitality role
  • Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and attend training sessions
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and to proper health and hygiene standards
  • Maintain proper par levels if necessary and make fresh syrups and house made mixes
  • Efficiently change kegs cut fruit and restock depleted product quickly
  • Ensure glassware is cleaned trash is emptied and pre bussing is maintained
  • Assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
  • Complete opening closing and running duties as assigned each shift
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of food beverage and company procedures to standard
