Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have working knowledge of common drink recipes and spirits
- Possess positive energy and team player attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk constantly and perform occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling or lifting
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar support role preferred
Job Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older with working knowledge of common drink recipes and spirits
- Have positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
- Experience in a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for constant standing and walking
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Stock, set up, and break down all bar products before, during and after service while assisting bartenders in any capacity needed
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, glassware, and storage areas including clearing and resetting tables in bar area
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks, appetizers for bar patrons
- Assist bartenders to ensure efficient and friendly service for guests
- Support team members with various duties as required
- Ensure bar area is organized and well-maintained throughout the shift
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
